All our online mattresses are on display in our Warehouse Showroom and we invite you to come in and compare styles at any time. To demonstrate confidence in our product and the purchasing support we provide, we are happy to offer our online customers an exclusive, 60 Night Comfort Guarantee. This means that you can exchange your mattress if your 1st. choice does not meet your comfort expectations.
Most commonly we find that people adjust to their new mattress around 7 – 14 days. However for some it can take a little longer. Our recommendation is that you trial your mattress for at least 14 days before making a decision to exchange as there is only one opportunity to exchange or receive a credit for your mattress. The option to exchange expires after 60 nights and we require you to call or email us no later than the 14th night to discuss your concerns. You will also need to retain your original invoice as reference to the mattress details that you are returning and we will arrange for your mattress to be collected and your replacement to be delivered. The returned mattress must be in original condition to qualify for exchange. You must use a clean mattress protector from night one to ensure a hygienic environment for our pick up person. If you intend to return your mattress and collect the replacement yourself then you will need to keep the original packaging material to ensure that the mattress is not damaged during handling or transportation. The Comfort Guarantee is voided by a damaged or soiled mattress
Your mattress can be exchanged for any product of equal or greater value than your original purchase. The Comfort Guarantee offer applies only to mattresses. The Comfort Guarantee period begins the day you receive your mattress. You may exchange your mattress once only within the Comfort Guarantee period. If the replacement mattress you select is more expensive you will be required to pay the difference between the prices of the two products. If the replacement product is less expensive you will be provided with a store credit which is valid for 12 months. NO REFUNDS FOR THE DIFFERENCE will be issued. You are responsible for delivery charges of the replacement mattress and return of the initial purchase to the Bedroom Warehouse in accordance with standard delivery costs to your area. All exchanges are at the final discretion of Bedroom Warehouse and fulfillment of all the above criteria.

We implement preventative hygiene in our Warehouse Showroom and Delivery Truck so that No Virus will find a home with us. Everything from Eftpos machines and pens, to keyboards chairs and desks are sanitised after each transaction.
We still offer same day delivery on most of our stock and will make individual delivery arrangements to suit you while maintaining safe practices as a priority.
We offer to take photos instead of signatures on deliveries and continue to email invoices as usual.
Having a small number of staff and a large Warehouse Showroom means maintaining social distancing is made easy. For the first time ever, we are grateful Not to have an air-conditioning system! There’s always a silver lining if you look for it ; )
