We find that most commonly people adjust to their new mattress from 7-14 days before making the decision to exchange, as there is only one opportunity to exercise the exchange option.

Your mattress can be exchanged for a new mattress of greater or equal value of the original mattress.  If the replacement mattress you select is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference.  Our returns policy applies only to mattresses.  WE DO NOT REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND of bedroom furniture including bases.

You are responsible for delivery charges of the replacement mattress and the collection of the original mattress in accordance with delivery costs to your area.  A minimum fee of $85 will be charged for the completed exchange.

All exchanges are the final discretion of Bedroom Warehouse in accordance with the above criteria.
