Not all mattresses are suitable for an adjustable base.  The most important thing when choosing a mattress for an adjustable bed is its flexibility and durability.

A mattress that’s best for adjustable beds will bend and flex to follow the contour of the base, while still maintaining it support and structural integrity.

The 3 types of mattresses that are most commonly paired with adjustable beds are

• Memory Foam
• Pocket Spring – must be compatible for an adjustable bed

A spring mattress that is too firm can cause too much strain on an adjustable bed’s motor and will void your warranty on the motor.

Our Delivery Service

All our stock is available for pick up from our factory showroom. Alternately, we offer a flexible and far-reaching delivery service and will make every attempt to deliver at a time that suits, even if that time is outside of business hours

We understand that most people have busy schedules and do not have time to wait around for deliveries. Where ever possible will endeavor to organise a delivery time as close as possible to a time that suits you, even if that means before or after work. DELIVERY POLICY

Our Return Policy

You can return items that you have purchased online to our store for an exchange or refund, but we do need to ask you to present proof of purchase, ideally your tax invoice. If you cannot get to our Brisbane store you’re welcome to email us at sales@bedroomwarehouse.com.au and we will arrange for your item to be collected for return.

On receipt of the goods we will assess the items and determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender used at the time of purchase, therefore if you paid for your online order through PayPal, you will be asked to present the card associated with your PayPal account.
