You can return items that you have purchased online to our store for an exchange or refund, but we do need to ask you to present proof of purchase, ideally your tax invoice. If you cannot get to our Brisbane store you’re welcome to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for your item to be collected for return.
On receipt of the goods we will assess the items and determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender used at the time of purchase, therefore if you paid for your online order through PayPal, you will be asked to present the card associated with your PayPal account.
If you’ve requested an exchange of a product that you’ve purchased online, we’ll do our best to fulfill your request, however please note that this is subject to stock availability.
We also reserve the right to charge you for any postage or transport costs incurred for returns, should a refund or exchange be declined or if you’ve changed your mind. Please read the Terms and Conditions on the back of your tax invoice before proceeding. Soiled or damaged goods not be returned or refunded so it is advised to use a mattress protector ensure it is in a hygenic state as required by health regulations
