WHAT IS A POCKET SPRING SYSTEM AND WHY IS IT BETTER?
A pocket spring unit is made up of a grid of springs, each encased in fabric pocket which houses each spring separately. This means each spring remains independent of the adjacent springs. Because they are not wired together, as in other spring systems, and each spring is able to move independently, weight on one spring doesn’t affect those surrounding it, thereby significantly reducing partner disturbance.
